Cold Rolled Formed Sheet Piles for Structural and Infrastructure Applications

Engineered steel profiles manufactured with controlled processes to deliver strength, dimensional accuracy, and reliability for demanding site conditions.

Product Overview

Sheet piles are structural steel sections used for earth retention and ground support in infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Cosmic CRF manufactures cold rolled formed steel sheet piles designed for use in retaining walls, excavations, foundations, and water-side structures where strength, stability, and installation efficiency are required.

Key Characteristics

Available Sheet Pile Profiles

'Z' TYPE SHEET PILES TYPE - A

‘Z’ type Sheet Piles have higher modulus of section and therefore, most suitable for bad soil conditions. These sheets can be put to repeated use.

'Z' TYPE SHEET PILES TYPE - B

‘Z’ type Sheet Piles (Type – B) have a conventional design; with high modulus of section and therefore, most suitable for extremely

'U' - TYPE SHEET PILES

Since ‘U’ type sheet pile has equal cross section, it is more convenient to pile. ‘U’ type sheet piles are suggested for support usage.

TRENCH SHEETS

Trench Sheets are useful for projects where temporary earth retention is involved and the wall heights are not too demanding.

Diversified Manufacturing and Development Initiatives

Cosmic Group has established a greenfield manufacturing facility at Singur, District Hooghly, West Bengal, for the production of cold rolled formed (CRF) steel sections. CRF sections serve as an efficient alternative to conventional hot rolled sections, offering structural advantages, material optimization, and cost efficiency across multiple applications.

These products are widely used in irrigation systems, building structures, automotive components, railway wagons and coaches, and various industrial sectors.

In addition to its manufacturing operations, the Group has undertaken real estate development across West Bengal, having developed and promoted over 20 projects with a cumulative built-up area of approximately 1,000,000 square feet.
